Six of the 12 Indonesian representatives who competed in
the 2019 New Zealand Open badminton tournament today, Thursday (02/05/19),
successfully ensured themselves to the quarterfinals.

A total of six badminton players had to go home faster
than the 2019 New Zealand Open after losing to their opponents. Like one of the
women's doubles pair Della Destiara Haris / Rizki Amelia Pradipta who had to
give up from second seed from Japan Misaki Matsutomo / Ayaka Takahashi, 21-13
and 21-11.
But among these failures, six Indonesian representatives
succeeded in progressing to the quarterfinals of the 2019 New Zealand Open.
Where the six were dominated by leading badminton players.
For example the men's doubles pair Mohammad Ahsan /
Hendra Setiawan who successfully defused Hiroki Okamura / Masayuki Onodera from
Japan, 21-17 and 21-14
Similarly, the two mainstay Indonesian singles Anthony
Ginting and Jonatan Christie were still unstoppable in the 2019 New Zealand
Open after being able to defeat their respective opponents from Chinese Chinese
and Malaysian.
